Wellness with a Cause

Flourish + Live Well is a carefully curated collection of hemp-derived CBD products and socially conscious gifts. It began as a passion project between two long-time friends, Regie Brown and Sally Stirnkorb, who each turned to CBD as an alternative to traditional pharmaceuticals and wanted to share what they found.

Wanting to clear up the myths around CBD and make its benefits easier to understand, they research and hand-pick only high-quality, lab-tested CBD and plant-based products. Every item we carry has to earn its place.

Alongside balms, scrubs, and lotions that soothe the body, you can shop for socially conscious gifts that support causes we care about, from fighting human trafficking to helping the families of fallen military heroes.

Our Mission

Our Mission at Flourish + Live Well is two-fold:

1. To bring all-natural, organic, cruelty-free, lab-tested, high-quality hemp-derived CBD products to the community in an approachable, welcoming space.
2. To support meaningful programs that make our community a better place.

Our bodies and minds are meant to be enjoyed and pain-free. We realize CBD products can’t completely replace traditional pharmaceuticals. However, if you can find added benefits from something holistic, organic, and plant-based, we believe they are worth trying.

Our Story

After two decades in the hospitality industry at five diamond properties, Regie Brown and Sally Stirnkorb bring superior customer service, impeccable style, and heart to Flourish + Live Well.

Regie struggled with back pain, insomnia, and stress. “As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized the importance of health, wellness, and well-being,” says Brown. His father-in-law is a doctor, and he has always been advised to try the natural path before turning to pharmaceuticals. “I believe there is a need for a more holistic and natural way to address issues of pain and stress without the harmful side effects of many pharmaceuticals.”

Regie finally found relief from an all-natural, plant-based topical with hemp-derived CBD isolates. Wanting to bring relief to others, Regie took a leap of faith and opened Flourish + Live Well, a CBD store in Oceanside, CA, in 2019.

Sally has practiced yoga and mindfulness for years to manage stress. She found added wellness benefits and pain relief with CBD topicals and tinctures.

As a partner and buyer for Flourish + Live Well, she wanted to provide customers with well-established, lab-tested products with a social consciousness.  “Combating human trafficking, helping military families, and supporting local artisans is extremely important to me,” says Stirnkorb. She has sought out local and regional product lines that combine premium quality with social advocacy.

Today, Flourish + Live Well is a fully online boutique, serving customers across the country with the same hand-picked, lab-tested selection.
